Chestertown Tea Party 2001
Every year Chestertown starts with a parade. When we walked up to the staging area,
it rained. While we waited for the parade to start it rained. During the parade it rained.
Captain White hates getting wet.
As Corporal McNeal finds shelter from the rain, this woman tried to do the same.
Guess which one is in the drip line.
Preparing to give the rebels a warm reception.
